About Us

The Jimmy Davis Evangelistic Association (J.D.E.A.) is the ministry of Jimmy Davis, his family, board of directors, and ministry partners. It is dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and assisting local churches in their mission to reach the world with the truth of God’s Word. This ministry exists to encourage believers, equip congregations, and provide evangelistic outreach that leads people to a saving knowledge of Christ.

HIS HISTORY

I received the Lord as my personal Savior when I was five years old. Growing up in a Christian home and attending Tabernacle Baptist Church and School in Vero Beach, Florida, I felt the call of God on my life at an early age.

I surrendered to the call to preach at the age of twelve. I attended Bible College for five years, where I met my sweet wife, Susan. Soon after that, I accepted the call to serve at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Christiansburg, Virginia where I served faithfully for seventeen years.

I am now a full-time evangelist traveling and encouraging churches all across the nation. Susan and I have been blessed with seven children and currently live in Pilot, Virginia.

Our Directors

Thomas E. Osborn

Tom has owned his own airline consulting business for 30 years. He has been involved in writing and directing teen ministries and writing plays, also mens ministries to include a web ministry called The Extra Bible.

Tom now is sharing Jesus Christ with hundreds of cancer patients to share hope and salvation.

Richard Kiser

Richard is a gifted guitarist whom God is using all across the country to minister in a unique way. Though he plays with the best of the best, and plays in venues such as the Chet Atkins Convention in Nashville every year, his heart is all about ministry.

He is the father of three boys who are all serving God, a grandfather and the husband of Denise Kiser who is a vital part of their ministry. Learn more about Richard on his website: rkisermusic.com.

Pastor David Foster

David is a seasoned minister, pastoring Tabernacle Ministries in Vero Beach, FL since 1985.

He is a gifted Bible teacher and man of wisdom.

Richard Clements

Richard is the Restaurant Administrator at Chick-fil-A Fort Pierce Florida where his daughter Brittany Ainsworth is the Owner/Operator. He has a degree in Financial Management from Bob Jones University. He has been certified as a Credit Counselor through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC). He has been a faithful member and leader at Tabernacle Ministries in Vero Beach for over 50 years.

Emory Polley

After graduating high school in 1984 Emory joined the Marine Corps and served in security forces.

At 22 he started his own business and was an owner operator for 6 years. He then helped start another business, Colormatch which is still in operation. He worked for the state of Florida in Corrections from which he is currently retired. In 2013 he started a church, named HIS Church, in Okeechobee, Fl, and was senior pastor for over a year. That's when the Holy Spirit led me to start another church in Vero Beach, Fl that originated in his living room. He was senior pastor of Carpenters Road Ministries for over 7 years. He still has a home group that meets every week in his living room and has been a personal pastor for over 20 years.
